From Temples to Terrain: Your Journey Mapped Out

This isn’t just a route — it’s a rite of passage.

Our map traces the sacred spine of India, weaving through ancient cities, stark deserts, high-altitude monasteries, and spiritual heartlands. Every marked point holds a purpose — not just a place to visit, but a mirror to something within.

From the majestic chaos of Delhi to the stillness of Pangong Lake at 4350 mt, royally carved palaces and forts of Rajasthan to the fierce devotion of Gujarat’s Navratri — each destination is a layer of transformation, peeled open by movement, tradition, and raw experience.

You’ll traverse altitudes, cultures, and consciousness.

The map may look linear, but what unfolds is anything but..

We'll cover an approx. distance of 4500 kms in these 15 days.

 What Awaits You:

Spoiler Alert: You’re Not Ready

But come anyway!

  • A deep dive into India’s raw magic — from monumental Taj Mahal to Himalayan peaks to desert sands to a 9 nights of dancing Indian festival, this isn’t just a place, it’s a mirror.

  • Sweat, stillness, and stories — yoga, meditation, and the kind of conversations you didn’t know you needed.

  • The power of brotherhood — travel with men who are done pretending and ready to rise.

  • Food that lights you up — local, spicy, cultural, soulful. Every bite tells a story.

  • The chaos that cracks your shell — India challenges your edges and awakens your heart.

  • A break from performing — no one here cares about your job title, just your truth.

  • A reset for your nervous system — away from screens, back to breath, body, and earth.

  • Waking up parts of you that have gone numb — because routine kills more dreams than failure ever could.

  • Stillness in motion — from rushing cities to silent monasteries, you’ll find peace in the contrast.

Your PATH - I carve to serve

HI! I’m Sneha, an Indian Girl

I’m born and raised in a small town in India, where life was mapped out in traditional lines—education, marriage, career, and a predictable future.

But somewhere deep within, I felt an unmistakable pull from the universe, a call that didn’t align with those expectations. Instead of settling into a scripted life, I chose the unknown.

I walked away from societal norms and stepped onto a path of spiritual exploration that would redefine my sense of self and reality.

Been there, Done that!

Why travel with me?

Rooted in India — Born and raised in India, I offer an insider’s lens into its spiritual and cultural heart.
Guided by Experience — Years of solo travel, deep spiritual study, and work with a Tantra and yoga guru carved my journey.

Practical Healing Tools — Drawing from experience with yoga, meditation, acupuncture and time spent at a Buddhist nunnery, I offer tools to support your transformative journey.

Culturally immersive — From sacred rituals to street chai, I bridge you into real India—raw, mystical, and alive.

Safe space for men’s awakening — I create grounded, judgment-free spaces where men can explore vulnerability, balance, and inner strength.
Not just a trip—an inner journey — I design THIS RETREAT that to take you to places not just externally but also internally.
Purpose-driven travel — This isn’t just tourism—it’s a pilgrimage back to yourself.
Not a commercial business – I’m not driven by mass tourism, so you get a more authentic, heartfelt experience.
Personal attention & care – With smaller groups and genuine connection, I’m fully present to support your unique journey.

The Real Midlife Upgrade
— No Ferrari Needed

baba_in_dreat.jpg

To THE MODERN WARRIOR

You’ve crushed deadlines, climbed career ladders, and mastered grocery self-checkouts.
NOW WHAT!?

Modern life sold you comfort. But deep down, you're starving for challenge.

Welcome to India🙏

India doesn’t coddle—it cracks you open.

This is not about finding yourself in a five-star yoga resort.
This is about tuk-tuks, temple bells, desert winds, meditation and mountain breath.

You’ll get dusty, sweaty, stretched—in body and soul.
But you’ll leave lit up, humbled, and somehow more you than ever.

Physical Readiness for the Journey

This retreat involves diverse terrain, changing altitudes, and active exploration. While it’s not an intense fitness trip, a moderate level of physical preparedness is important.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk 3–5 km/day on uneven surfaces, including city streets, temple steps, and natural trails.

  • Comfort with high altitudes, especially in Ladakh (up to 11,500 ft / 3,500 m), where acclimatization is essential.

  • Endurance for travel days involving long car/train journeys or flights with early wake-ups.

  • General physical health to participate in gentle yoga, breathwork, and/or movement practices.

  • No serious heart, respiratory, or mobility issues—please consult your doctor if unsure.

  • Willingness to adapt to varying weather conditions (cool mountain air, desert heat, tropical humidity).

Spice, Spirit & Slight Discomfort

Enlightenment: Now With Curry

You’re not here for cucumber water and scented towels.

This is India—loud, alive, and unfiltered.

And this retreat? It's as real as it gets.

You’ll sleep under the stars in the desert, sip butter tea (that's right! tea with butter - MOUNTAIN LIFE) at altitude, and maybe even curse the road to Pangong (lake at 4350 mt altitude)—but you’ll wake up more alive than you’ve felt in years.

This is a soul shake, not a bubble bath. Less small talk, more fire rituals. Less posing, more presence.

No one’s coming to fix you. But you just might find out you were never broken.

The Missing Key to Modern Balance

🌺 Femine Energy IS NOT Feminism

feminine_divine.jpg

This retreat isn’t a statement about gender politics or equal rights.

It’s an inner journey into the divine feminine energy that lives in every human being — regardless of gender.

The goal is not to debate societal roles but to awaken the softer, wiser, intuitive force that brings balance, creativity, and deep connection to life.

Here’s what this truly means:

🌿 Feminine energy is not about women — it’s about flow, presence, and receptivity.

🌀 We all carry masculine and feminine energies — this retreat helps you harmonize both.

🔥 This isn’t activism, it’s alchemy — a return to your full, balanced potential.

🧘🏽 Tapping into Shakti brings emotional intelligence, calm strength, and grounded power.

🌕 This journey is for men ready to evolve, not by force but through deep, conscious transformation.

⚡ Why Raising Shakti Isn’t Just Woo —
It’s Wired In

  • 🔱 Shakti isn’t a goddess you worship — she’s the energy system you forgot you had. In yogic tradition, Shakti is the creative force behind everything. In science? She’s your dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and intuition working in harmony.

  • 🧬 Modern science calls it neuroplasticity. Yogis called it Kundalini. Both agree: you’ve got dormant potential curled at the base of your spine. Shakti wakes it up — not with hustle, but with deep presence.

  • 🧘‍♂️ The ancients meditated in caves. You’ll meditate in the Himalayas, under stars, beside rivers. Same goal, better views. Your nervous system won’t know what hit it — in a good way.

  • 🔬 Left brain: logic. Right brain: feeling. Balanced Shakti activates the bridge between the two. That’s where clarity, creativity, and inner peace are born. Aka: no more mental traffic jams.

  • 💥 Shiva without Shakti is just a body. Shakti without Shiva is chaos. You need both. Science confirms: optimal performance = masculine focus + feminine flow.

  • 🛡️ Think of it like this — masculine energy is the sword, feminine energy is the hand that knows when to use it. One without the other is either aggression or indecision.

Come for the curry, stay for cosmic clarity

What makes this Retreat to India different?

No Fluff, Just Fire

Looking out towards the imposing Mehrang

This One Hits Different

It's not just about seeing India - this is travel that changes the way you see the world and see YOURSELF.

This is a rugged, real-world journey through the spine of India. You’ll be navigating ancient cities, remote mountain passes, majestic palaces, starry desert nights, sacred festivals, and your own inner terrain—all in the same day.

We’re not here to escape life. We’re here to meet it—raw, unscripted, and head-on. You’ll stretch your body on Himalayan mornings, sit with monks who don’t speak your language but speak your truth, and find your breath again somewhere between desert sands and temple bells.

This retreat blends movement, silence, story, and sweat. It breaks routine and builds presence.

Because growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. It happens on roads with no signs, in conversations that hit deep, and in moments you never saw coming.

itinerary

The Itinerary

Over 15 days, you’ll travel across India’s vast and varied terrain—from the bustling streets of Delhi to the serene monasteries of Ladakh, the royal deserts of Rajasthan to the vibrant dance floors of Gujarat’s Navratri festival.

You’ll cover mountains, plains, cities, villages, and everything in between. Each day brings a new setting, new cuisine, and a new rhythm to your step. Expect altitude shifts (hello, Leh at 11,500 ft), desert heat (Jaisalmer’s got you), and a cultural kaleidoscope you can’t unsee.

You'll stay in a mix of curated accommodations—ranging from simple guesthouses in remote regions to heritage-style stays in palaces and desert camps. All meals are included, and yes, they’ll be deliciously local (and occasionally spicy enough to remind you you’re alive).

This itinerary is designed for men who are ready to move—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s not about checking boxes, it’s about opening doors. And probably losing Wi-Fi for a while.

What’s required?

A spirit of curiosity, reasonable fitness, and a sense of humor when your suitcase ends up on the wrong camel.

Too Comfortable to Change — Until You Can’t Not

Marinated in Routine Too Long

Routine is great—for machines. But you? You’re human. And too much sameness can pickle your passion. This journey through India isn’t therapy—it’s soul fermentation. Bold spices, ancient rituals, big questions, and maybe even bigger belly laughs.

You’re Fine-ish—Let’s Upgrade That

“Fine” is not a life plan

If your answer to “How’s life?” is a shrug and a tired “fine,” it might be time to reboot. This retreat doesn’t promise miracles—but it does promise movement. From fine to fired up. From autopilot to awakened. No man was born to coast.

Comfort zones are cozy—but so is quicksand.

India will challenge your comfort, stretch your edges and show you what’s been missing.

“Most men lead lives of quiet desperation.” – Henry David Thoreau

The moment you say yes, everything starts to shift.

Curry, Chai and Consciousness

AGRA – A Mughal Feast for the Senses

In Agra, food is not just sustenance—it’s a royal ritual. The city’s Mughal roots serve up a plate rich with history and indulgence. Think fragrant biryanis, creamy kormas, and sizzling kebabs prepared in ancient tandoors, layered with spices passed down for centuries.

  • Signature dishes: Mughlai curries, tandoori chicken, sheermal, and the iconic Petha (a delicately spiced ash gourd sweet).

  • Spiritual nourishment: Hearty and grounding, these dishes invoke stability and tradition, ideal for men reconnecting with their roots.

  • Why it matters: Rich in flavor and symbolism, this cuisine reminds you to slow down and savor every bite—because healing begins with pleasure.

“Let your body remember what richness tastes like.”

LADAKH – Clean Eating at the Roof of the World

Ladakh’s food reflects the purity of its altitude—humble, warm, and deeply satisfying. With minimal ingredients and maximum intention, every bowl of thukpa or tsampa brings you closer to stillness. This is cuisine designed to survive, thrive, and sanctify the body in the cold silence of the Himalayas.

  • Signature dishes: Thukpa, barley-based tsampa, butter tea, and homemade yak cheese.

  • Spiritual nourishment: High-altitude living demands grounding, clean fuel—and Ladakhi food delivers with warmth and simplicity.

  • Why it matters: In the silence of Ladakh, your digestive fire is reset, your cravings fade, and clarity emerges from every bite.

“Let stillness enter your body through every spoonful.”

RAJASTHAN – Spice, Survival & Celebration

Forged in the harsh deserts and opulent courts, Rajasthani food is a dynamic dance between fire and finesse. It’s bold, rustic, and festive—food that knows how to survive scarcity yet celebrate abundance. It's a land where even a simple lentil is elevated into a royal dish.

  • Signature dishes: Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Ker Sangri, and cooling chaas (buttermilk).

  • Spiritual nourishment: These time-tested flavors wake up your inner fire while teaching balance through cooling sides and mindful spices.

  • Why it matters: This is food that stirs your soul and your senses—a powerful mirror of masculine strength softened by feminine flow.

“Let flavor ignite the part of you that forgot how to feel.”

GUJARAT – Harmony on a Plate

In Gujarat, every meal is a celebration. Here, sweetness balances spice, and every dish is steeped in the philosophy of sattva—purity, balance, and joy. The cuisine is as vibrant as the Garba dancers during Navratri, nourishing the body with soul-soaked ingredients.

  • Signature dishes: Dhokla, Thepla, Undhiyu, Handvo, and jaggery-sweetened lentils.

  • Spiritual nourishment: Rich in probiotics, gentle spices, and diverse textures—Gujarat’s food enhances gut health, mood, and harmony.

  • Why it matters: Light yet fulfilling, this cuisine helps you integrate what you’ve learned on your journey—digesting life and change with grace.

“Let sweetness be your teacher, and balance your goal.”

Can't wait to RELISH this DELICIOUS-NESS 😋
I NEED THIS!

Energy Matters Here

Sobreity is recommended.

Your body and mind will already be adjusting to new foods, climates, altitudes, and cultural rhythms. Staying sober during the retreat isn’t about restriction — it’s about making the journey smoother, clearer, and more grounded.

Sobriety becomes less about saying “no” and more about saying a deeper “yes” to the experience.

When you're navigating unfamiliar terrain and sensations, a clear head helps.

A suggested exception would be an opportunity to try Chang, freshly made light alcoholic beverage in LADAKH.
